Refunds

Short version: you see the whole thing before you pay, and once you've paid it is yours to keep. We don't give refunds, and we'd rather say so plainly here than surprise you later.

What costs money

• Two things, both bought once. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
• Digital Advent Calendar: 3 mornings ₹99, or 5 mornings ₹199
• Our Story: three moments ₹99, which is finished once you send it, or everything ₹199, which you can keep adding to. Sent the smaller one and want more later? You pay the difference, ₹100, rather than buying it again.
• In rupees, all in. No tax at the end, no delivery charge, no second payment later.
• The five smaller gifts cost nothing and stay that way.

You see it before you pay

• You build the whole thing first, either of them. Nothing is asked for until it is finished.
• The checkout has a link that opens it exactly as it will arrive: every box of a calendar, in order, or the whole of a scrapbook, cover to letter.
• For a scrapbook you can also read a finished one before you start, without making anything or signing in.
• Nothing is charged until you tap the button that names the price.

Once you've paid

• Nothing renews here, so there is never anything to cancel.
• We know a change of mind is a real thing, and we're sorry. Picking the wrong size, or a reply that didn't come the way you hoped, are not things we can refund.
• If it's genuinely broken, that one is ours, not yours. A box that won't open, a link that doesn't work, photographs that never arrived. Tell us and we will fix it, and in the rare case we truly can't, you get your money back.
• Please write to us either way. Even when the answer has to be no, we'd rather hear it from you than not know.

If we do refund you

• Started within 2 working days of us agreeing to it.
• Then it's your bank's clock, usually 5 to 7 working days.
• It always goes back the way it came. We can't send it somewhere else.
• The gift itself stays where it is. We won't reach into somebody else's morning and take it away, whatever happens with the money.

Your card

• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card number never touches Lovah.
• All we're told is that a payment succeeded and for how much.

Ask us

• hello@lovah.social. A person reads it, usually within two working days.
• Lovah is run from India and this is governed by Indian law.
